Discover our first house in Paris! Our experience is coming to the 13th arrondissement with this new 12 bedroom house. Located right by Place d'Italie, in the Asian district, this house has 12 rooms and 7 bathrooms, as well as a gym, a laundry room, a cinema room, and beautiful common spaces. The icing on the cake: the beautiful yard to enjoy the warmer days! Last but not least, all our rooms are fully equipped with a queen-size bed, a closet, and a desk. Depending on the room, they may have sinks, private bathrooms, or balconies. All you have to do is turn up and unpack your suitcases. This impressive house is just what you’ve been looking for. The following amenities and services are included:

Of course, your bedroom is private, and in all our houses, we created shared spaces in order to allow you to create memorable moments with your roommates, but also just by yourself if you want to chill on the terrace or work in the co-working space.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

During the application process, we will ask you to upload the required documents to conduct the background check.

Moderate and lawful consumption of alcohol is tolerated in our houses. However, it cannot be said enough that alcohol abuse is hazardous for your health. The effects of alcohol on the body and mind can lead to dangerous situations.

The consumption of illegal drugs or substances is prohibited in the building. It is harmful to your health, and you could put yourself or others at risk.

We ask for a security fee equivalent to one month's rent before moving in.

We will charge you a one-time fee of around 100 €/$ taken from your deposit when you move out of your room for cleaning and the inventory of fixtures.

Once a month we deliver in each house a breakfast.
