The villa is located on the picturesque slopes of the mountains of the Sierra Calderona park with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. Spacious and serene territory of the property invites you to unplug and recharge.
The philosophical concept of the villa revolves around well-being, which is why many natural and sustainable materials for the renovation of the estate have been chosen. Most parts of the villa are completely renovated with high-quality materials.
Location: The Wellbeing & Conscious co-living house is just 29km from the airport in Valencia and a 30-minute drive to the city center by car. Three "Panorama" rooms are located on the first floor of the villa's west side, where they face the Mediterranean Sea.
Rooms: Four single "Garden" rooms are based just next to the pool in a lush greenery area below the tall pine trees. "The tower" room is based on the top of the hill with amazing views. The villa offers serenity and privacy as well as invites you to share common spaces like the swimming pool and barbecue area with other guests.
Our guests: The villa is for conscious remote workers, digital nomads, and world travelers who seek to spend a month or more in a serene environment surrounded by nature and away from big city hustles. It's a place to unwind, relax, and concentrate on your projects.

Yoga & Sports: At the heart of the property, there is a 120 m² multipurpose hall, perfect for yoga sessions, dance classes, workshops, or fitness activities. Yoga & Meditation practices are included once per week. Massages, guided trekking in the mountains, and city tours could be offered for an extra fee.
Cuisine.: Also once per week we offer thematic eco-based vegetarian Mediterranean cuisine dinners for our guests, inviting them to cook together. Groceries can be delivered by ordering online or our staff can bring you to the supermarket 2 times per week.
Moving around; Car is essential if you want to move around. Electric bikes can be rented if booked ahead of time. Once per week we can drive you to and back from the metro station.
The villa invites you to indulge yourself with a luxurious personal escape in Spain and let yourself be surrounded by the natural splendor of the Sierra Calderona hills.
