Let us offer you a fully equipped:
- Private Double Room with a private bedroom for 2 persons, a private fridge, a private bathroom and a shared kitchen with a hob, microwave, kettle, and oven;
- Private Apartment with a private bedroom for 2 persons and private kitchen;
There are two single beds ( 90/200 cm), two wardrobes, and a desk with lamps and chairs. We also provide a basic set of dishes and bed linen.
The monthly rental price includes all services, energies, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
The building also has a laundry room with a dryer and washing machines, which are available for use for the fee of 60 CZK.
There is also a small backyard fully at your use!
Note that in case your stay will be shorter than 61 consecutive calendar days, we will ask you to pay the city tax in the amount of 50 CZK/per day/per person upon your arrival.

The property lies in the upper part of Holešovice district called Letná. You better be a fan of nature, because the largest park in the city – Stromovka, is literally ten steps from the door. You can enjoy running, walking, picnics, or just lying and enjoying the landscape. Explore all the hipster bars, bistro places, small shops, and restaurants situated mainly around Milady Horákové street. You can also enjoy Czech art at the National Gallery 5 minute walking from the house.

Of course! Since we have rooms for 2 persons, you and your other half or friend can share it as well as the rent.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
