Just a stone’s throw from the famous Montparnasse neighborhood, the cemetery, and the train station make it one of the most well-located areas of Paris. This neighborhood is known for its countless cafes, gardens, and historical and cultural richness. This is the place to be in Paris!
The house is located in one of the most colorful streets of the capital, full of old homes that have been transformed into lofts and townhomes, overflowing with climbing plants and street art. The ‘’Aimer l’été’’ (Love Summer) event organized by the district is very representative of the atmosphere. All summer long numerous shows, art exhibitions, music and reading sessions, sport activities, and much more take place all around the 14th.
