Earlier this year, in January 2024, this accommodation received a stylish mid-century modern facelift. Every corner has been thoughtfully decorated with warm-colored furniture and accessories, creating a welcoming and homely atmosphere.

The unit features a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, stove, hob, fridge, and various small appliances. Whether you're preparing a quick lunch or enjoying a proper sit-down dinner with your housemates, you'll have everything you need.

Utilities such as Wi-Fi, water, and electricity are included in the monthly rent and are ready to use from the day you move in.

Each room is fully furnished, featuring a premium mattress, wardrobe, air conditioning, desk, chair, and access to a bathroom (ensuite, private, or shared). For your convenience and comfort, pillows, bedsheets, blankets, and towels are also provided.
