Small, intentional coliving community set on expansive desert land in El Pescadero, Baja California Sur. Designed for people seeking simplicity, connection, and tranquility, the property blends private living spaces with thoughtfully shared amenities in a natural setting.
Residents stay in a mix of geodesic domes, shipping container studios, cabanas, and hosted RV spaces, each offering privacy while remaining connected to the larger community. Shared amenities include a fully equipped communal kitchen, beautiful garden bathrooms with hot water, reliable Wi-Fi, shaded outdoor lounges, and gathering spaces for meals, work, and conversation.
The land is quiet, open, and abundant with native desert landscape, offering space to slow down and reset. A rooftop geodesic dome is available for yoga, meditation, sound healing, and small events. Any food growing in our community garden, any fruit from our trees, and any eggs from the chickens are available for all community members.
At Baljalla we value a clean and organized space. We start each day with an onsite staff cleaning the common areas such as kitchen and bathrooms but each community member is responsible for cleaning their own rooms.
We have a manual laundry station on site with a solar drying rack. There are also many full service laundry studios in the surrounding area that are very affordable.
Yes, we can definitely help with that! While we have great shuttle services available from the airports, we can also arrange for you to be picked up from the bus station in Pescadero and taken to Baljalla. We look forward to welcoming you!
