Coliving is more than just accommodation; it also offers opportunities for networking, learning, and meeting new people while working and traveling abroad. As digital nomads, we decided to open our coliving space after years of traveling. We wanted to create a place where everyone could feel at home, a space for unity and exchange, where people could enjoy peace and inspiration. Our search ended in Sardinia; we have found the perfect place for us, and it would have been too selfish and wasteful not to share it with others.
All around, nature and the sea provide a perfect place to be inspired and productive in your professional life, as well as to "feel at home." Our property suits everyone perfectly as it offers the opportunity to live in an incredible location while providing fast internet, communal living areas, great facilities, and outdoor activities such as climbing, surfing, trekking, and hiking. Nairi and Lorenzo are the owners; we take care of the needs of all our guests, from weekday to weekend activities. We collaborate with many local businesses to offer different activities, from cooking workshops to boat tours, tennis tournaments, and surfing trips. Lorenzo is a professional climber and guide, always looking for new routes, but also a passionate tennis player and surfer. Nairi is a yoga teacher and coach who is active and passionate about the outdoors. She loves meeting new people and discovering their culture.
The house is nestled in the green hills above the bay of Cala Granu. It is a comfortable and charming flat. The wide sea view provides relaxation and coolness in all rooms of the house. The beaches of Cala Granu and Cala del Faro can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The most beautiful beaches and renowned places of Costa Smeralda, as well as the main services for everyday life, are easily reachable by car. We suggest that all guests rent a car in order to be autonomous on transfers.
Thanks to its suggestive and privileged position, this Coliving is an oasis of peace for nature lovers, thanks to the absolute privacy and tranquility that our location guarantees. Just a few meters away, the turquoise sea of the Costa Smeralda and the white sand of Cala Granu blend with nature to create a romantic summer setting.

Porto Cervo, which is only 3 km from our house, is the center of the area's nightlife in the summertime. Parties and events will be with you during your elegant evenings.Within walking distance of Porto Cervo are places of inestimable beauty and natural value, such as Cala di Volpe, Pevero Beach, La Celvia, and Capriccioli. Here, you will be able to disconnect from everything and recharge.
