Our Williamsburg Lorimer Home is a freshly renovated apartment located in the heart of Brooklyn that will make your everyday life as comfortable as it possibly can be: weekly cleaning, all great sized and well-designed rooms, comfortable transportation, and a spacious living room with a smart TV.

As a member, you have access to dedicated coworking spaces and an on-demand fitness app. You will also have the option for in-person access to more than 200 studios in New York for an additional payment through the app.

This stunning building, with its sleek fixtures and finishes, portrays modern Brooklyn living. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are open-concept, with easy access to all bedrooms and bathrooms. They are located in Brooklyn's ever-popular and trendy Williamsburg neighborhood, which is filled with creative residents who run the neighborhood's unique cafes, bars, shops, and galleries.

You will be accommodated in a private room with a desk, nightstand, closet, and an individual safe provided. All rooms are carefully designed to maximize your living space without compromising comfort.
Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there's no need to even bring a pillow.

Williamsburg Lorimer Home was exclusively designed to be comfortable for all members in any room of the house. Our Coliving space includes a spacious dining room, a chill zone with a huge TV, and a kitchen, allowing you plenty of room to cook, work, and relax, all while getting to know people from all around the world. You will stay in a beautiful 6-bedroom 2 full shared bathrooms + huge terrace.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, and everything else you'll need to make a home-cooked meal.
It also included: coffee grounds, tea, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked.

We provide many bathroom essentials, and there are never queues—you'll never have to wait...

We have a living room area that you can use to work, there is no specified work area in the building. However, we have a partnership with a coworking.

Most of our residents are young professionals and respectful and open-minded people. I’m sure you will be comfortable with the community.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

Basic details for a quick background check

We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

You are allowed to check in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate. Night check-in (after 9 pm) may be also organized for an extra fee of $35 USD. We can't guarantee check-in between 12:00 am and 9 am, however, if we are able to do it, there will be a $70 late check-in fee.

We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

Security deposits are typically returned within 2 weeks after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected. .

You may have overnight guests as a paid service. It will be $15 / night. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance if someone is coming.

Alcohol – being a health-oriented community, we recommend minimizing alcohol consumption.

We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.

The common areas come fully furnished.
Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
You can add any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.

There is a restriction in New York for any outside bedroom locks, but you can lock your bedroom when you are inside. You shouldn't worry about your safety when you are out:
1) You will have a safe in the room
2) We have cameras in all common areas
3) We have only long-term residents (usually people staying with us for 6-8 months, but not less than a month). There are no strangers for 1-2 nights stay and all residents are checked during the reservation process.

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and guests, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.

Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.
