Please be aware that a booking fee of €250 will apply. Additionally, if the documents you provide do not meet our criteria, we may be unable to confirm your reservation.
Typically, only one person is listed on the contract. However, if you need to add a co-signer or a second occupant, our team is available to assist you in creating a certificate of stay.
For stays longer than 28 nights, a contract outlining the terms of your stay will be signed between you and us. For stays shorter than 28 nights, an invoice will serve as the basis for our commercial relationship.
You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
