Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. Moderate and lawful consumption of alcohol is tolerated in our houses. However, it cannot be said enough that alcohol abuse is hazardous for your health. The effects of alcohol on the body and mind can lead to dangerous situations.

The consumption of illegal drugs or substances is prohibited in the building. It is harmful to your health, and you could put yourself or others at risk.

We ask for a security fee equivalent to one month's rent before moving in.

We will charge you a one-time fee of around 100 €/$ taken from your deposit when you move out of your room for cleaning and the inventory of fixtures.

Once a month we deliver in each house a breakfast.

We also bring into each house, once a month, basic grocery stuff such as paper towels, salt, pepper, olive oil, and toilet paper.
