• Your private, partially furnished room comes with a bed, wardrobes, and a ceiling lamp, allowing you to personalize your space. Each room features its own bathroom, with an additional shared bathroom in the apartment. • Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and balconies, all furnished and outfitted for your convenience. All apartments boast a dishwasher for easy living.

As much as we love pets, they are not allowed at our coliving hubs.
While we only offer single rooms, we encourage you to explore our community and connect with others. Each room is designed for individual occupancy, but you can still enjoy shared spaces and make new friends!
Our hubs are for all independent individuals between the ages of 20–40 who like to live on their own but enjoy having people around them and think that life should be shared with others! Stay independent, live together.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
After signing the contract, we always do a credit check. You cannot have unpaid debts at the Swedish Enforcement Authority (Kronofogden). A maximum of 3 payment remarks are accepted and the total debt may reach a maximum of 5000 SEK. The payment remarks cannot be housing related, and they must be at least 12 months old.
You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.
You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
We charge a deposit fee that corresponds to a monthly fee. This is because we do not have the same income requirements as other companies in the property industry. The security deposit must be paid within 10 days of signing the contract and will be returned to you after moving out provided that your private room is intact and clean.
Of course you can. This is your home. However, we recommend everyone to set up guidelines for their own coliving apartment together with their roomies. This is to ensure that everyone agrees on how it should work with guests, dinners, and any parties at your place. We recommend all colivers to be open and communicative with their roommates, ask everyone before hosting a social event.
Yes! All our hubs have a Laundry lounge with a digital booking system, washing machines and dryers. This is of course included in the price you pay.
