Welcome to our Guesthouse, a coliving retreat for remote professionals set on a private 13,000 m² estate at the foot of the Atlas Mountains, just 40 minutes from Marrakech.
The property features 10 fully furnished private rooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, workspace with desk and comfortable chair, reading lamp, and power outlets with USB charging. Bedding and towels are provided and changed weekly.
Our dedicated coworking space is equipped with individual workstations, ergonomic seating, and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi tested above 200 Mbps. A quiet focus policy applies during morning hours. For those who prefer working outdoors, a shaded coworking terrace overlooks the Atlas Mountains and the surrounding plateau cliffs.
Shared spaces include two spacious Moroccan-style living rooms, one with double-height ceilings and large glass doors opening directly onto the pool. An upper mezzanine gallery provides additional lounge space. The fully equipped shared kitchen offers individual labeled fridge storage so every resident can organize their own groceries.
The property also includes a private L-shaped swimming pool with mountain views, a traditional Moroccan hammam, 1 hectares of landscaped gardens with olive groves, an outdoor dining terrace seating up to 16 people, a yoga and meditation area surrounded by nature, and free private parking.
All-inclusive monthly pricing covers rent, utilities (electricity, water, gas), high-speed Wi-Fi, weekly room cleaning, and full access to all common areas and amenities. No hidden fees.
The property is gated with secure access, on-site staff available around the clock, fire safety equipment in all areas. Our community manager lives on-site to welcome residents, organize weekly events, and make sure everyone feels at home from day one.

Many are experienced digital nomads exploring Morocco for the first time. Others are professionals transitioning to remote work and looking for a supportive community to ease into the lifestyle. We also welcome small remote teams seeking a productive offsite environment away from the usual distractions.
What unites our residents is a shared appreciation for intentional living. They choose our guesthouse because they want more than just a desk and a bed. They want to wake up surrounded by nature, do deep work in the morning, share a meal with interesting people at lunch, and end the day with a swim or a walk through the Atlas foothills.
Our mission is to create a grounded, human-paced coliving experience rooted in the Moroccan landscape. We believe that great work happens when people feel calm, connected, and inspired by their surroundings. Unlike city-based coliving spaces where the energy comes from nightlife and urban stimulation, our guesthouse draws its energy from silence, open sky, mountain views, and the slow rhythm of rural Morocco.
