To nurture our cozy, homemade community experience for our wonderful multicultural and multigenerational family, we gently invite everyone to share in the daily rhythms of our home with small, manageable chores. Lending a hand in keeping our shared spaces tidy and sparkling, and perhaps joining your fellow coliving family members for our community gatherings or a simple cup of coffee or tea, helps us all feel connected and cared for.
We also lovingly encourage our house members to blossom and grow by offering opportunities to practice your interpersonal communication and leadership skills. If you feel called, you can explore leadership roles, such as organizing and gently guiding our community events.

Not just shared housing, our guests intentionally choose to live at our Coliving to meet and interact with others. While taking the time to work on our goals, even if it's just to paint another sunset or try a new coffee shop. Check out our manifesto. Our homes have truly been created by the community for community.
We are family-style homes full of love. When guests join, we each become co-creators as well as members of our Coliving Family. All guests will be given small chores, like sweeping the stairs. Sharing the load helps us maintain a home-made community experience for our multicultural, multigenerational guests including keeping the common spaces tidy and clean, and by joining the other Coliving house members at our community events or inviting them for a coffee or tea.
We also give our house members the opportunity to practice their interpersonal communication and leadership skills through organizing and chairing events.
