Yes. We have an on-site coworking space that is fully-furnished with premium home office furniture such as electric sit-stand desks and ergonomic chairs.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

We will just need a copy of your identification card/passport/valid visa or employment pass.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

All our rooms are fully furnished with queen-sized bed dressed in 400 thread-count, 100% Egyptian Cotton bedding, smart TV for guest's entertainment, wardrobe with complimentary hangers, full-length mirror, foldable wall desk, security safe box and complimentary amenities such as waffle bathrobe, bedroom slippers, toiletries and umbrella.

Housekeeping is carried out once a week in the common areas. To maintain guests' privacy, we may do housekeeping of guest's room upon request and subjected to Housekeeper's availability. You may contact our concierge for this.

We have an onsite laundry room that has a washer and dryer available for your use.

Yes, you may work in the communal area or access our onsite Co-working space that is furnished with premium ergonomic home office furniture.
