Our apartment in the heart of Nice offers everything you need for a productive and community-oriented stay on the French Riviera. The apartment features six thoughtfully furnished rooms—a mix of private and shared spaces—each equipped with a desk, fast Wi-Fi, and plenty of natural light. You'll find comfortable shared bathrooms, as well as a dedicated coworking space to help you stay focused during the day.

We love pets, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our city center apartment. However, we also have a big Villa with a fenced garden where we do allow pets

yes definitely. In many rooms we allow double occupation for a small extra fee. Also in the shared rooms you can book just 2 beds and perhaps we can even make it a private room for you (based on availability).

Absolutely! All rooms are equipped with a ergonomic private workspace. We do have a separate meeting room, a coworking area and a work spot in the entrance hall as well. The Wi-Fi is extremely fast in all rooms.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
