Our property is designed to offer privacy when you need it and community when you want it. Every apartment (studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom) is self-contained, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom with a shower, a sofa, a super comfortable bed, and a smart TV with a mobile device mirroring function to project your content onto a large flat screen. The apartments are serviced with fresh bed sheets and linens, regular housekeeping, and toiletries. In every corridor, you will find a drinking water dispenser where you can refill your bottle and forget about carrying and disposing of plastic bottles.
Common areas are the best part. On the ground floor, a 200 sqm co-working space offers meeting rooms, soundproofed individual pods for video calls, and a large common area with walls decorated by a famous street artist.
The rooftop is where we have fun:
1) a game room with a pool table, foosball, a PlayStation 5, and a projector for movie nights and sports events,
2) a kids' room with toys, a slide, and a TV with themed channels,
3) a huge fitness center and a yoga room with scheduled classes and a screen for streaming your favorite class at any time of the day,
4) an 80-meter long infinity pool, with a 50-meter lap section, overlooking the town,
5) a pool bar with the sun setting right in front, perfect for amazing sunset drinks,
6) an Italian restaurant called Viva with a wood-fired pizza oven, homemade pasta, gelato, and the best tiramisu on the island, and

Our property is located in the heart of Phuket, only 400 meters away from Bangkok Hospital, the most important private hospital on the island. It is just a short walk to Chillva Market, where you can find authentic Thai food in its purest form. The Old Town, with its amazing Sino-Portuguese architecture, is a 5-minute drive away. The beaches are just 20 minutes away, and you have a few of the best to choose from: Patong for nightlife, Bang Tao for beach clubs and long walks along the shore, and Ao Yon for a more tranquil experience away from the crowds.

We understand that pets can be curious and want to explore, but for the safety of your pet(s) and others, please keep them on a leash at all times.

Pets are welcome to stroll and sniff around in the downstairs public garden while on a leash.
We provide a small pet park by the parking lot area equipped with a water hose, a washing sink, and a trash can. Don’t forget to bring your own poop bags!
Pets are not permitted at the common rooftop areas on the 7th floor.
We allow pets to stay in all room types (except for the Duplex units).
Owners who have more than 1 pet are allowed to stay in the 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom room types only.
Please make sure your playful pet(s) keep their noises as low as possible to avoid disturbing other guests, especially during the night times.

You won't have roommates unless you decide to share one of our 2-bed or 3-bed apartments with somebody else. You will find like-minded community members in our amazing common areas.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
