With stunning beaches and a diverse mix of culture, this island is beginning to see a change in visitors. When you look past the party scene of major resorts (only in summer), it’s a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, offering hiking, diving, cycling, climbing, and watersports. It’s also not short on cultural and culinary experiences.

Our location in the northern part of the island is surrounded by nature and close to the sea, making it an ideal spot for adventure seekers. Whether you’re hiking, surfing, or exploring the lush countryside with the community, there’s always something fun to do around here.

Our co-living space is set in the center and rural part of the island, with two separate buildings — one for living and one for working. The house has four private rooms and one shared room with four beds. All rooms have views, a desk, and heating/cooling.

About Buger

You will be living in Búger. It's a 20-minute drive from the bustling town of Alcúdia and the ocean, a truly peaceful oasis in northern part of the island. This remote spot offers a genuine Balearic experience, far removed from the typical touristy areas. You can start your hikes straight from the house, with the natural reserve Fonts Ufanes and Puig de Santa Magdalena mountain right next door. For water sports enthusiasts, kitesurfing in Alcúdia and kayaking in Port de Pollença are fantastic options.

You’ll have everything you need within walking distance, from quaint local shops in Búger to a huge garden to relax in. The family that owns the property are locals, and their farmland surrounds the house. We even have a veggie garden where we grow our own vegetables.

The village of Búger is close by, perfect for grabbing groceries, enjoying a coffee, or dining at a local restaurant. Forn Can Rafel, a bakery in Búger, is world-renowned for its ensaïmada, a pastry product from this island.
