This is so far one of the best coliving spaces I have stayed in.
Amazing locality, amazing staff, and amazing people.
I would definitely come here again!!

Absolutely incredible stay at the coliving – I honestly didn’t want to leave.

Gee, Cake, and Khwan were outstanding from start to finish: warm, welcoming, and always going out of their way to help with anything I needed, from small day-to-day questions to local recommendations and logistics. Their energy created such a friendly, homely atmosphere that made it easy to focus on work, relax, and connect with other guests.

The coliving and coworking spaces are comfortable, well-designed, and perfectly set up for remote work, with fast Wi-Fi, plenty of spots to sit and work, and a really calm vibe. The location is also super convenient, with great food, cafes, and everything you need within easy walking distance.

I’d highly recommend the coliving to any digital nomad or traveler looking for a welcoming community and an excellent place to live and work – huge thanks again to Gee, Cake, and Khwan for making the experience so memorable.

I had a great time during my month here. They do a lot of community events, and I was able to connect with others staying at this coliving and made some great friendships. The breakfasts are pretty good, the rooms are comfortable, the showers are nice, and the cowork area is really good, with quiet areas for meetings as well. It was all great. The staff is wonderful and super helpful. They also do joint events with the sister site over on the Ping River side of town. I highly recommend this coliving and would go back.

I had a great experience staying at this coliving for a few months. The rooms are nice and clean, and spacious enough to stay longer. The working space is great and has a variety of desks. The community is what makes this place so awesome. You meet a bunch of different people from all over the world and have a great friend group to hang out with while staying in Chiang Mai. The staff were great, and the events and activities they put on are excellent. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I stayed at the host's coliving for a month and, honestly, I was so sad to leave. As a solo traveler, I was definitely nervous about how I’d meet people or if I’d feel isolated, but those feelings completely dissolved the second I walked in. The team here is incredible, and they show you so much genuine hospitality that you feel welcomed immediately. I love each of them for how at home they made me feel.

The space itself is excellent. The rooms are great, but the coworking setup is what really impressed me. The upstairs quiet area is actually quiet, which is hard to find, and having soundproof call rooms was a total lifesaver for my meetings. Everything is designed in a way that actually supports a productive workflow.

What really makes this place special, though, is the community. The team goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is connected. There’s a private WhatsApp group for residents that keeps you in the loop, and they host a family meeting every week to discuss plans and organize things to do together. Between the weekly tea times, the community lunches, and the events they organize with their other location, you have so many natural opportunities to get to know people without it ever feeling forced or awkward.

My experience in the city was so wonderful, and a huge part of that was because of this place and the staff. If you're heading to this city and want a spot that is grounded, productive, and genuinely welcoming, I highly recommend the host's coliving. I’m already counting down until I can return!

Serious coliving space where you make great connections. The prices are a bit higher than elsewhere.

Location, rooms, and facilities were spotless. But what really stood out was the incredible community. Anyone can open a coliving/coworking space. But blessing it with a soul and such a dynamic community is not to be taken for granted. Already looking forward to my next stay. Thanks to all staff and community managers for making my stay something extra.

I just finished a month-long stay at both [redacted] and [redacted] and honestly, I loved it. As a first-time solo female traveler, I was a little nervous, but the team here made me feel so welcome and looked after. They are genuinely the kindest people and always went the extra mile to help me out. You can really tell they love their jobs!

A few things that made my stay:

The Vibe: It’s a super intentional environment. There’s always something going on—morning, noon, or night—so it’s easy to meet people, but you can also just retreat to your room if you want some downtime.

The Coworking Space: Great if you need to get stuff done. There are people working around the clock, so it’s easy to stay focused alongside others, even when it gets a bit crowded during peak times.

The Locations: [redacted] is closer to my favorite cafes and nature spots on the west side, and since it’s smaller, it’s a bit easier to chat with people. [redacted] is much more spacious and quiet, so you just have to be a bit more intentional if you want to socialize.

The Room: I stayed in an Ensuite Room. It was comfortable overall, though there was some noise here and there. For max comfort, I’d suggest going for the Ensuite Plus if your budget allows.

Overall a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
