My partner and I stayed here for one night. We’re currently on a backpacking trip and had three very heavy bags with us. Unfortunately, my partner injured their back, so I had to carry everything up to our room on the third floor by myself—which was really difficult. Thankfully, a young male staff member kindly helped carry our bags all the way up. He was very friendly and helpful.

The room and bathroom were both very clean, and overall, the place was excellent for the price. Highly recommended!

I really loved the place. Unfortunately, I stayed there for only 2 nights, but it was really fun. The rooms are great; there's everything you need. In the shared kitchen, they took care of every detail and more (coffee and fruits on the house). The location is perfect; I didn't hesitate to return even at the latest hours of the night. I highly recommend it!

We've stayed at Coliving twice now, both times the night before flying out of Cancun — and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff are incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, which is exactly why we chose to return for our second trip. Communication is super easy via WhatsApp, and the rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable (at a great price). The social space is a great bonus — I took a work call there with no issues thanks to the strong Wi-Fi. It's just a 20-minute drive to the airport, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Coliving will always be our top choice whenever we’re flying out of Cancun!

It was a short stay, but very pleasant. The room was clean and well-kept, and the bathroom was also clean and modern. Worth giving it a full 5 stars. The service and attention were very good; they took the time to turn on the air conditioning before I arrived so that I found my room cool. They also offered a glass of water, coffee, and fruit in the morning, and they were super friendly and helpful. I had to print some urgent documents, and they kindly printed them for me and stored my belongings after check-out while I was away. Thank you very much for everything; it's rare to find colivings that meet all your needs and more. I hope I can return soon. They are one of the best colivings I have stayed in. Thank you! 💗💗💗💗💗

We came with a friend, and when we arrived, we loved the place. The aroma upon entering, the spaces, the decoration, each of the details. Everything was impeccable. The room was spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. And then we loved the attention from the staff. They assist you with any questions you may have. And they are very friendly. We felt at home. We will definitely return!!!

I felt very, very comfortable. The staff gave me a warm welcome and great advice on how to explore the area. The room was very clean and really appealing. I have to say thank you for the hospitality. And I can only recommend anyone to stay there if you are in Cancun.

We stayed in the "Tulum" suite with bathroom. The bed was super comfortable, the coliving is gorgeous, and the staff is a pleasure to deal with. The kitchen is well equipped, and arrival is smooth even late. I couldn't be happier with my stay. Change nothing.

The location is fantastic—close to everything we needed, yet in a peaceful area that felt like a true retreat. The service was wonderful throughout our stay; the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. We actually enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to come back—and were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade! It was such a kind gesture and really added to the experience.
