The staff, especially Anna, Eva, and Edu, are amazing. They are friendly, polite, and really strive to accommodate each guest's needs. I give them and their customer service top marks. The place is great for those looking for a budget-friendly option. I'm quite particular, so I did go over a few items in my room with the cleaner I brought. There were some stains on the desk and sink, and a bit of hair in the sink. For most people, I think it would be fine, but I'm known to be a bit picky.

I wanted to try this coliving and I'm glad I did because the staff and other guests were wonderful. My favorite part of the stay was Anna's adorable pet! The coworking space is clean, spacious, and a perfect spot to spend time when not exploring.

Javea is beautiful, the people are friendly, and there's a lot to see and do. I decided to cut my trip a bit short as I realized I prefer places with more luxury amenities. This is purely my personal preference and doesn't reflect on the host or their staff. If I visit Javea again, I'll definitely consider the community pass because I appreciated the coworking space, the staff, and the guests.

I recommend this coliving to those looking for reasonably priced lodging and are comfortable with the basics. They provide exactly what they advertise: a sense of community and excellent customer service. Most guests will likely find it to their liking, so don't be discouraged. For those seeking more luxury, I'd suggest a different option with more amenities.

I've had a really positive experience at this coliving space. The house exceeded my expectations. Initially, I was concerned that the location might be an issue, but after staying there for a month, I would definitely go back. It's perfect, with great areas to relax, work, and interact with other residents.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! This place is magical, and it's not by accident. Agus and Afri are phenomenal hosts. I could tell when I clicked on the website that these folks are intentional. My time here was filled with meaningful connections to the other colivers, to the community, to nature, and to myself. I've never experienced coliving like this before, and I'm going to boldly say it's the best one out there. A million thanks go to Agus, Se, and especially Rosa. Even with a language barrier, I felt incredibly loved by Rosa. I could ramble on, but if you're considering booking, just do it. You won't regret it. The time spent here was at least a month, packed with unforgettable experiences.

Finally, a coliving space that meets all my needs! This place is ideally located with easy transportation options, whether by train or bike if you don't have a car. The house is very comfortable and fully equipped. There are beautiful villages around and plenty of activities to enjoy, whether on the sea shore or in the mountains. You just can't get bored here!

The WiFi is perfect and provides very good working conditions. Giedre and Manuel are the best hosts—very caring and professional. They do everything they can to ensure everyone's stay is smooth.

The space is community-focused, and the size of the house makes it easy to connect with others. The community vibe goes beyond just the house, making for a very enriching experience. I initially booked for a month but ended up extending my stay. I will definitely be back!

Brilliant.

I made a booking to stay with this coliving for 3 weeks in June 2023, and had to move my booking to September 2023. I had to cancel that eventually too. I was really looking forward to staying here, but life happens and I was happy with how easy it was to communicate with the team. Iva was easily reachable via WhatsApp, super responsive, and helped me move my booking, and eventually cancel it altogether. The refund reached my account within a couple of days' time. Plus points for the ease of communication that did not require a phone call. I will be making plans to stay here sometime in the future when life feels more stable, but I have to commend their excellent customer service. Hope to stay here in 2024!

This might just be one of my favorite places in the world. The memories I've made here, the people I've met, and the wonderful events have all made a lasting impression on me. Ana, Nana, and the rest of the team are total gems. I can't wait to come back again!
