While we are always here to assist you, it's important to note that contacting Coliving.com's Customer Support team should be a last resort. Resolving issues through us might introduce delays as we function as an intermediary. We encourage you to first try to resolve any issues directly with the host for a more efficient resolution process.

Escalating Issues:

However, there are situations where the best course of action is to contact our Customer Support team. These include instances where the host violates the Renters and Host Terms or if a dispute arises. Remember, both you and the host have responsibilities under the agreement. If the host fails to fulfill their obligations, you should assert your rights, and we are here to assist you in doing so.
