Excellent place and service

I love it here! The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it easy to feel at home. The community is friendly, and I’ve had some great conversations with fellow residents. The amenities are excellent, and I appreciate the various workspaces available. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and engaging place to stay.

The coliving is beautiful, you can have an amazing view of the river, the facilities are quite good, and the staff is nice and kind. However, it's true that the water in the shower is cold.
To sum up, I would definitely recommend this coliving; the option that I chose was the shared room, which was amazing because as the coliving was empty in this season, I could enjoy a completely private experience for just $21.50. And the breakfast is included.

I found my stay here to be quite average. The rooms were small and nothing special. It would have been nice to have some essential items, like a hairdryer, available. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there is room for improvement.

Strategic location as it is in the very center of Banos.
Nice and clean room, as well as the external areas.
Terrace with breathtaking view of the Virgen waterfall.
Some negative notes: the doors are too thin (you can hear the corridor noises very clearly), several times we did not have hot water in the shower, our door did not lock so anyone could have entered the room at any time. However, after bringing it to the attention of the reception, the problem was resolved.

I had a great experience at this coliving space. It was a welcoming environment with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay. The community vibe was fantastic, making it easy to meet new people and make friends. I truly enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Good coliving in Quito, simple coliving, but comfortable; it used to be a hostel, it lacks a couple of things to be a coliving, the staff are friendly and attentive, simple but tasty breakfast; you have about 4 breakfast options, the first days they gave me the American breakfast, but then they told me that there were others.
