I had an absolutely wonderful stay with the host in the area, and I highly recommend it!From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The place is incredibly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything you could possibly need for either a short stay or a longer one. The location is also perfect, just right near a well-known local spot, close to everything, and very easy to get around from.But what truly makes this place special is the human warmth and the values behind it. The host was absolutely extraordinary. She was incredibly attentive, genuinely listened to my needs and expectations, and was always there to help, advise, and make sure I had everything I needed. She also recommended so many amazing places and hidden gems to discover in the area, which made my experience even more memorable.There are honestly not enough words to describe how wonderful the host is. She is kind, generous, caring, and simply amazing at what she does. You can really feel the human connection and positive energy she brings to the coliving.This place is much more than just a place to stay; it’s a welcoming, warm, clean, and inspiring place where you immediately feel at home.Thank you so much to the host for your incredible hospitality and for making my stay so special. I highly recommend the host!It is a truly warm and unique experience, where you make beautiful discoveries and share very pleasant moments. A big thank you to the host for their welcome, kindness, and all their great recommendations.The rooms are clean, the bed very comfortable, and the location is ideal, close to everything. The host also gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and great ideas for visits, which allowed us to discover the island even better.A very beautiful experience, full of wonderful memories. Stayed for 6 weeks and had my best coliving experience there. The community is amazing, having dinner and breakfast together once a week, doing many activities together, including volunteering at a local dog shelter and exploring the beautiful island. The location is great in the town center, and there is yoga and breakfast included as well. The host is very sweet and organised and built an amazing space, and they are always open to improve it. Another host is amazing as well, and the coliving would not be the same without their help and energy.

I originally booked for 28 nights and ended up extending and staying for 71 😂
I was very comfortable. The location of the coliving in Arrecife made exploring the island easier and faster, as it is located in the center.
If you like to exercise, there is a gym (Vivagym) with views of the port and incredibly cheap rates. You can also run back and forth to Playa Honda, one of my favorite spots on the island (10k). There are about 5 free yoga classes a week included. A weekly breakfast is also included.
The shopping center "Open Mall" is an 8-minute walk and is open every day, including holidays.
The people I met were spectacular. I went in low season, so it wasn’t crowded, which was perfect for me, as I could save money on my stay and share a bathroom with fewer people.
The owner of the coliving is wonderful and will help you with everything you need.

I had an amazing stay at the coliving. The apartments were so nicely arranged, spacious, and spotlessly cleaned every two days. The staff was welcoming, answered all of my questions, and made sure to always give me local recommendations of places to visit.
Make sure you stay at least 3 weeks to get familiar with the island and to find your place on it 🌋

Incredible experience in coliving :) everything was amazing, the house, the people, the location, the atmosphere… 10 out of 10. The staff is wonderful and is attentive to everything, making your stay great… If you're thinking about spending a few days in Lanzarote, highly recommended 100%.

I had a perfect stay at this coliving space. It was clean and super organized, managed wonderfully by Laura, who makes you feel immediately at home and part of a family. The location was strategic and central, making it easy to reach any point on the island and enjoy the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Co-Living! The rooms and shared spaces were beautifully designed and very comfortable. The entire community management is exceptionally well organized – from engaging yoga sessions to fun nights out with other colivers, everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. A special thanks to the staff, who were incredibly kind and made sure everyone felt at home. I’d love to come back!
