Espaces de coliving en Göteborg

If you plan to experience coliving in Gothenburg, there's no doubt you'll soon be very accustomed to the Swedish phenomenon of Fika, which simply means to sit down with your coliving roommates for a cup of coffee and to eat delicious baked goods. Could there be a better reason to visit this seaport city, other than the fantastic seafood, stunning landscapes, and fast Internet connectivity?
Gothenburg is the second-largest city in Sweden and is placed on the west coast, which explains the amount of seafood that is on offer. Locals often buy theirs straight off the boats, or they venture to the fish market, Feskekôrka. It's what gives the city its foodie name, well partly, of course. The rest comes from the huge amount of star and vegetarian eateries, as well as the urban farming movement there. Due to the right of public access, mushroom, ramson, and berries can all be freely picked straight from the bush! If you a digital nomad, who cares about sustainability, Gothenburg is the eco hub for you.
Outside of gastronomy, Gothenburg is a place of activity, from hiking and cycling, to rock climbing and kayaking; there is something for everyone. In particular, it would suit the more adventurous type of remote worker. A trendy city, known for its Dutch-style canals, it houses 'Nordstan' the largest mall in Europe, but aside from that, Fika means it also has a lot of amazing coffee shops and bistros. We recommend trying Café Husaren for some giant cinnamon buns.
Colder than most cities, temperatures never reach higher than 20 degrees even in the height of summer. This means you'll get the city to yourself. Nomads are dotted few and far between, but to make up for it the locals are open and friendly (unless you mention Stockholm of course!!). Easy access travel cards mean traveling on the buses, trams and boats are simple to manage, but exploration via biking and walking should be a top priority. Gothenburg is full of stunning landscapes, and natural areas, which are the perfect places to get in touch with nature, whilst remaining productive during work hours.
This city may be one of Sweden's best-kept secrets and a great place to experience coliving like a swede.
