You might be asking: How much can I rely on listing details before move-in?
Quick answer: Coliving.com reviews and publishes listing information, and supports mismatch reporting.
What Coliving.com can confirm
- The listing details, media, and pricing presented in-platform at booking time.
- Reported mismatch review through Inbox.
- Support process for next steps under platform terms.
What depends on the host and local laws
- Real-time property conditions at check-in.
- Local code compliance details that are outside platform inspection authority.
This can vary by property and local regulations. Please confirm final details directly with the host.
