A modern residence blending the best of a rental and a hotel
This unique property comes with a cozy café by Tegamisha (famous for Tokyo’s flea market events) and even a sauna right downstairs. Just 3 minutes on foot from Kokuryo Station on the Keio Line, you’ll reach Shinjuku in about 27 minutes. It’s a calm, livable neighborhood with supermarkets and restaurants by the station, yet plenty of greenery once you step away from the hustle.
The interiors are supervised by MUJI, creating a simple, thoughtful space where you can enjoy a lighter lifestyle.
■The residence
This is the third project in a lifestyle residence series that mixes hotel comfort with rental practicality — and it’s the closest one to a station so far. With around 70 units, it’s also the biggest yet.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a café and art gallery by Tegamisha. There’s also a sauna (shared with day-use visitors; check their website for crowd info).
Residents can even register their address here if needed.
■The rooms
Each room comes fully furnished with a clean, hotel-like interior and appliances. Unlike hotels, you’ll also find large storage and tableware, making it easy to actually live here. The layouts are more spacious than a typical hotel room, so you’ll feel at home.
■Things to note
Shared bathrooms: Renovated facilities with gender-separated, lockable shower rooms.
Sound: As it’s RC construction, some noise may carry through walls/doors. Quiet hours and consideration go a long way.
No elevator: But we provide carts to help with luggage.
No TV: Please use your own device/streaming services.

■Final note
Experience the best of both worlds — the ease of a hotel, the freedom of a rental.
One of the best parts of living here is the sauna. It’s more than just a place to relax — it’s where residents often connect, unwind, and share stories. With regular casual gatherings, you’ll find it easy to meet new people and build a sense of community while enjoying everyday life.
Kokuryo Station is part of the Keio Line. The station area has been redeveloped and looks brand new, but wander a little further and you’ll find leafy streets and a slower pace.
Shinjuku: ~27 min by express
Shibuya: ~40 min with one transfer
Direct to Jimbocho and Akihabara via Toei Shinjuku Line
The building sits right behind the station — unbeatable access. There’s also a large supermarket on the way, so shopping is easy.
