Easyliving SG Siamo una nuova società di co-living e attualmente disponiamo di unità abitative principalmente nella zona centrale e orientale di Singapore. Crediamo fermamente nella necessità di fornire supporto alla nostra comunità e di costruire un ambiente favorevole e amichevole per gli inquilini. Vogliamo creare un concetto di casa lontano da casa. I nostri inquilini hanno tra i 20 e i 30 anni, sono per lo più professionisti che lavorano e provengono da ambienti diversi.

Stayed here for a year and it was one of the best experiences I can say. Evelyn is very helpful and always listens to our needs. The location is good as well, housemates are friendly. Sadly have to move out due to work reasons, otherwise would def continue our stay. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Great place to meet people and enjoy a hassle-free renting experience. The management is very responsive and strives to ensure the tenants are happy staying together. Overall I’m very satisfied with the service provided.

My experience with this colivimg space had been amazing.
I categorized myself a tenant that expects high operational standards and I recommend Xcel for those with similar personality like me. The efficient, no nonsense-type.
I needed my place clean, near the MRT station, near the city, surrounded by food-centres in walking distance. I needed to work and study remotely and the apartment and operator (Evelyn) helped with smooth transitions during the pandemic.
