The apartment was perfect for a 1 month stay and the experience and added value of the support, care, events and work of the team made it worth it. This has been an amazing way to integrate myself into life here!
This coliving space is fantastic for an extended stay. It's perfectly situated — close to key attractions yet away from the overly touristic spots. The management is top-notch and the facilities are well-equipped, with reliable internet. The community atmosphere is warm, inviting, and diverse, making for a wonderful living experience.
I had a wonderful time staying at this coliving space. The location is so relaxing, and I appreciated the fact that the coworking area was just a short walk away. Throughout my stay, the support was outstanding, always ready to help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to others, and I'm looking forward to the opportunity to return if I visit Valencia again.

Fully furnished and has almost everything you need.
Great walkable location, quiet inside unless the windows are open - then you will hear a lot of street noise, even on high floors.
Recommend 1-2 bedrooms, as the 3 has a too tiny shower/bathroom to be shared.
Washer in unit is tiny and will be too hot (colors will run) so be mindful. Dryers in basement but are spotty and work only sometimes. Each unit has a drying rack and iron. Bring/buy hangars if you need more than 6, and be prepared for no closet just an open shelf and rail.
Floors get very dirty and everything gets dusty if you open the windows (which we do to keep it cool/not stuffy). AC units in the rooms but in Spring we wanted to open the windows.
Trash bins are close for easy access.
Key code to get in makes it feel secure. Also need separate codes for basement and rooftop.
Workspace has lots of tables and chairs, but no windows to the outside. Some light gets in by the floor, but no view to the world.
Lander has bikes for a fee and lockers if you have a lock.
Weronika was very communicative and helpful, arranging a stay for me in the old town of Valencia, late last year. I had a great time in a particularly beautiful part of the city. Recommended! :)

Weronika was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. We had a wonderful time staying at this coliving and the apartment we had was fantastic with great lighting and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely recommend them to any travelers!
