It's located next to the most historical building in Sines (the house where the navigator Vasco da Gama was born) and has one of the best restaurants in the region on the opposite side. Just 5 minutes away from almost everything in the city, it offers a wonderful view of the beach and sea.

The service is very friendly, helpful, and available. There are numerous activities and recommendations for places to explore. I would definitely return, whether for work or vacation.

Excellent accommodation in a quiet and beautiful area. The room was comfortable and tidy, and the staff were very kind and informative. Plus, there are some good places for surfing not too far away. Overall, it's a great place for both relaxing and working.

The common areas are arranged in a way that makes it very comfortable and natural to go about daily life alongside other guests. There's a perfect workspace for those who come to work or are immersed in their projects, with a living room and an adjacent terrace for taking breaks. I must highlight that the nights I spent here were probably the best sleep I've had all year, largely due to the cool breeze even in summer.

In the surrounding area, you can visit Sines and, if you have a car or another vehicle, explore the nearby beaches. There's a significant surf culture that can encourage you to try and practice surfing with others.

All of this is complemented by exceptional hospitality from the host, always willing to help and advise guests as needed. You might just feel like staying here for most of the year.

I spent a fantastic month at this coliving space! The view from the terrace is breathtaking. It's an amazing historical building, freshly renovated. The WiFi is fast, which is great for someone like me who needs a reliable internet connection. There are surf spots nearby, making it a perfect place for groups traveling together or for company retreats. A little tip: bringing a rental car would be helpful to reach the best surf spots more easily.

A beautiful and large family house perfectly located a few minutes walk from the historic center and the beach. Very clean and very practical and functional, this coliving delighted us throughout our stay, we felt at home!

I spent a wonderful 1 month at this coliving which felt like a lifetime. Upon entering, you can feel that it is not just another Airbnb, but a home with a soul. I felt like conquering the world with my morning coffee and enjoying the best view in town from the terrace. After my morning run around the harbor chasing seagulls, I felt refreshed. The coliving area with terrace view was perfect for feeling creative and focused. I also enjoyed peace while sipping on my after-surf-orange and watching other surfers having the time of their lives (even when they fell). The space is very spacious, well-equipped, clean, and has comfortable beds. The hot shower and fast wifi were also great amenities. This place attracts chilled and easygoing people. Sines is a hidden gem all year round with its average temperature of 23 degrees Celsius. If you have the chance, get a car to explore more of this safe area as a solo female traveler. The house was incredibly beautiful and functional, we enjoyed the place so much! We could walk to the main part of the village, drive to beautiful beaches not far from there. The view was breathtaking. Ines is so kind and helpful. Thank you for the stay, it was such a pleasure!

We are already planning our future return as it exceeded our expectations. The combination of vintage and minimalistic aesthetics in the interior design created a visually pleasing and comfortable atmosphere. The spaciousness of the place was an additional advantage, enabling us to engage in activities like yoga with ease. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary appliances, and to our delight, a good coffee machine was also provided. Moreover, the terrace offered magnificent views of the ocean. Even the room we booked had impressive views, making waking up in the morning an absolute pleasure. However, what truly made our coliving experience unforgettable was the incredible host, Ines. She was warm, friendly, and supportive, not only making us feel welcome but also sharing valuable tips and recommendations to help us make the most of our time there. All in all,this coliving is a hidden gem for digital nomads and anyone seeking a relaxed environment.
