Is it possible to change the due dates of payments?

The 1st month's rent is always paid within 24 hours after the request is accepted, and the 2nd month's rent is adjusted to the remaining days until the next 1st of the month. We generally aim to align the due date of the 3rd month's rent with the 1st of the month. The due dates are calculated based on the start and end of the Renters Terms, reflecting the obligations, rights, or guarantees that the agreement provides for both parties. Changing these dates is not recommended to maintain clarity and consistency in your payment obligations.

However, you can negotiate a different payment schedule with your host if necessary. Any adjustments should be agreed upon by both parties and clearly documented to avoid any confusion or disputes later on.
