Very good place to live when arriving as a newcomer without knowing the city; very good atmosphere and service

Very good experience, the apartments are comfortable, well maintained, and have pleasant spaces. You can see the attention to detail and the constant upkeep. The area is quiet and allows you to live with a lot of safety. What I liked most is the terrace; I was able to share very good moments with my friends. Definitely, it is a place where you can feel at ease from the first moment.

This apartment complex stands out for offering a complete and comfortable experience for anyone looking for practicality and well-being in their day-to-day life. It includes all services, which makes the stay worry-free. Internet access is stable and fast, ideal for both working and entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped, allowing easy meal preparation; I had no issues with it, while the cleaning service keeps the spaces always in excellent condition and performs cleaning periodically. Additionally, its location is unbeatable, as it is close to key points, in particular very near the oncology hospital, which saved me on transportation. Its security policy is good and the place is very safe! … it also has a terrace that offers spectacular sunsets! Overall, it is a very attractive option that combines comfort, functionality, and an excellent location.

Excellent option, especially if you need to be close to a nearby cancer institute! It's spacious, very clean, and safe. It has everything necessary for a long stay. Also, the host's attention and follow-up are a 10! Highly recommended.

I had a good experience overall at this Coliving space. My room was spacious and had a desk, private bathroom and balcony. The neighborhood is great—very walkable with green spaces and bus stations nearby. The house itself feels pretty secure and clean. There can be a lot of guests in the house since it has many rooms, so the shared kitchen can get a bit crowded, but I was always able find space to cook my meals.

I did, however, have two issues with this place. One was that I had to take freezing cold showers every day for almost the entire month I stayed here. They did eventually get a plumber to fix the water temperature issue, but it wasn't consistently warm after that. Also, the water started to smell very strongly of sulfur after the water heater was installed/fixed. I mentioned this to the person I was in contact with about the Coliving space, but I was ignored. Also, my room was supposed to be cleaned weekly, but was only cleaned once the whole month I was there. It wasn't a huge deal because I tend to keep my space tidy anyway, but it was dissappointing to not recieve the service that was expected.
