I had a good experience overall at this Coliving space. My room was spacious and had a desk, private bathroom and balcony. The neighborhood is great—very walkable with green spaces and bus stations nearby. The house itself feels pretty secure and clean. There can be a lot of guests in the house since it has many rooms, so the shared kitchen can get a bit crowded, but I was always able find space to cook my meals.

I did, however, have two issues with this place. One was that I had to take freezing cold showers every day for almost the entire month I stayed here. They did eventually get a plumber to fix the water temperature issue, but it wasn't consistently warm after that. Also, the water started to smell very strongly of sulfur after the water heater was installed/fixed. I mentioned this to the person I was in contact with about the Coliving space, but I was ignored. Also, my room was supposed to be cleaned weekly, but was only cleaned once the whole month I was there. It wasn't a huge deal because I tend to keep my space tidy anyway, but it was dissappointing to not recieve the service that was expected.

10 out of 10, the rooms and all the spaces were clean, quiet, and enjoyable. They were always attentive to our arrival, 100% recommended.

I have been at the coliving for 1 month now. Cleanliness and hygiene are the first things I noticed. Right from the start, I was welcomed into a very family-like atmosphere, and despite the communal spaces, everyone has their own space available.

A highly recommended coliving space, great location, comfortable, and with everything needed.Best of all, excellent price-quality.
