I had a great stay at the coliving in the neighborhood. The room was very comfortable, clean, and having a private bathroom directly inside the room was a big plus.

The location is also excellent, especially if you want to enjoy the local beach life. It’s very close to the main beaches, while still being well connected to the rest of the area.

Overall, I had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in the area, especially if you want to be close to the sea.

I booked for 3 months. I had a few doubts because it was the first time booking a coliving remotely, since the whole process is online, but I'm happy I made the decision. My experience was very satisfying; the facilities are nice and women-only, which made me feel very safe. I will definitely return.

The staff has been such a great help during my time here, even accompanying me to complete my empadronamiento process. They were equally fantastic, providing all the documentation I needed and guiding me through it, as well as writing a letter of recommendation for my next apartment.

It is extremely hard to find a building that is brand new in Barcelona. The apartment at zona franca is one of the rare beautiful/clean apartments for coliving. I have been living here for the last 5 months and I will extend my stay even more!
