I had a great experience at this coliving space. The apartment was very nice, and everyone in the building was really friendly.

Everything super good, except the cleaning service could be a little bit better. But the attention from the owners is very good.

I’ve really enjoyed my stay at the coliving — it’s been a lovely apartment, exactly as described in the listing. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with weekly visits from the cleaners keeping everything fresh.

The staff has been such a great help during my time here, even accompanying me to complete my empadronamiento process. They were equally fantastic, providing all the documentation I needed and guiding me through it, as well as writing a letter of recommendation for my next apartment.

Overall, the service and support have been excellent, making my stay smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

It is extremely hard to find a building that is brand new in Barcelona. The apartment at zona franca is one of the rare beautiful/clean apartments for coliving. I have been living here for the last 5 months and I will extend my stay even more!

I stayed for 1 month at a coliving. The building is new with great facilities like a gym, outdoor pool, coworking, etc. There is also onsite security. There is a big supermarket on the ground floor, which is handy. The apartments were well furnished and very well equipped. There are 2 bathrooms between 4 people, which was fine. There was a huge terrace that was nice to use to study or chill. My room was well furnished with plenty of drawers and cupboard space. There is heating and AC. All in all, I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend it to girls looking for a safe, modern place to stay in Barcelona.

This is the best living product that I could dream about. Modern, clean, with great amenities and services to make your life easier (co-working space, gym, pool, smart point). It is the perfect option to focus on your projects and to share space with like-minded individuals.

I came to stay for 3 months but I extended my time for a year. I feel like home here and I love that it's always clean and organized. My flatmates are also very nice and calm individuals. The owners are nice, respectful, and trustworthy people.

It's not a centralized location, but as soon as you coordinate your distances and transportation options, it's perfect.

I fully recommend this place. I personally would love to stay here many more months!
