Absolutely wonderful! Loved the interiors and design as well.

The room was decent, although the bathroom was basic and not sturdy. Room 234 needs to be checked.

The service staff was kind and helpful.

The location is perfect, safe, and quiet.

WiFi was horrible; I didn’t have WiFi my entire stay.

Breakfast was okay; maybe fresh fruit bowls would be great.

I had an incredible experience here. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt right at home. The amenities were excellent, making it easy to focus on my work while also enjoying downtime. The community was supportive, and I loved meeting new people from different backgrounds. Overall, this coliving space exceeded my expectations and provided a fantastic balance of work and leisure. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We pitched up super early and the
team were legends - kept our luggage safe until
check-in. Room was clean and they
serviced it during our stay too. You've got
restaurants in the building but it's still
quiet, and the V&A is just 1.5km away.
Staff available 24hrs if you need help.
Definitely staying here again.

The coliving in Newlands exceeded all my expectations - and for me personally, it felt completely like being at home - where everything I required was as I preferred it to be. Just as one does not look at each aspect of one's home and say - the bed is a 5, the TV is x, the sofa is y, the bathroom is z, I will not do this about my stay at a second home that I felt sad to leave and would be happy to return to at the first opportunity, hopefully soon.

I will add one more note though and say thank you to the staff at the front desk for their genuine caring for my well-being. And that of all those I saw and heard them interact with. I was fortunate to have stayed amongst them.

Very clean, professional coliving that is conveniently located close to restaurants and coffee shops, which means you can avoid the traffic in Central Cape Town.

Perfect position if you are running the Two Oceans. Had a good massage at the spa. Ended up eating at the restaurant twice instead of going out with the friendliest team in the restaurant and really nice food. They went out of their way to serve us pizza for lunch. Curry was also very tasty. Something to consider is that perhaps the coliving could have a pasta party/get-together for the runners staying in the coliving. We had to go out for pasta, which was difficult to find without a booking. Also consider an early breakfast station for runners, being that there were so many in the coliving.
