I got confused in the beginning about how to get into the room, but after that it was really good. I extended my stay until I left, and everything was good: cleaning, hospitality, the way they helped me — honest truth. It was a nice experience and very calm at a time I needed peace, and they gave me that: no stress, no drama, no headache. I loved it. Even the area around it is really good and peaceful.
Set in a central location, within walking distance of some key amenities, this provided the perfect base for a week of business. Safe parking and easy access to the major routes. Some nice extra touches. Double glazing keeps the rooms very warm on cold days. The on-site kitchen is useful, as is the cafe. The only downside was I could hear my neighbour (an American talking to family in a different time zone at 2 a.m.) clearly through the adjoining double door.
Exceptional recovery and unmatched hospitality!
I had a less-than-pleasant stay with the host on May 30th and logged a complaint. However, as a regular visitor, I knew this wasn't their usual standard, so I didn't give up on them.
I booked another stay on June 13th, and the host completely turned things around.
From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the team. They went above and beyond by leaving a sweet note and a thoughtful gift in my room to make up for the previous experience.
The staff was absolutely wonderful, and my room was incredibly comfortable. They handled my initial feedback with true professionalism and care.
I will definitely continue visiting!
Perfect location for anyone visiting Cape Town and the surrounding region, offering immediate access to essential shops, a high-quality, vibrant, and secure neighborhood, and easy access to major highways. The host was present throughout our stay, always available, smiling, and warm. We highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back for our next trip to Cape Town!

It was a lovely stay
The service at the host was excellent! (especially a staff member) For me, it was only the location that did not suit me very well
The rooms are clean, well-sized and functional with a kettle, hairdryer, safe and fridge. I had an issue with regulating the temperature of the shower and struggled to switch off the TV, as the image was frozen when I first entered my room.
My check-in and check-out were efficient and the front desk staff were very friendly.

The best staff ever! A staff member was super helpful throughout my stay and made it so comfortable. They were very accommodating and always greeted me in the most cheerful way. Other staff members at the cafe are amazing. Incredible service at this coliving, even if your room has any issues they'll make sure you have the most comfortable stay.
