Excellent coliving, friendly staff and a really good restaurant with bakery.

Very nice place, good location with supermarket, restaurants, and other shops in the building. Beautiful apartment, with coliving service. Super helpful and friendly staff. Compliments. 👍
A better quality couch would improve comfort. Nice swimming pool with terrace. At our request, 2 sunbeds and a parasol were placed, but there could be more. Especially some shade from the sun is important. Free parking.

I was a long-stay guest at the coliving for a full year, so it truly became my home away from home. As someone who was both working and studying during that time, I spent many hours in the coliving’s work pod areas, which provided a safe and comfortable environment where I could stay productive. The location is also excellent, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance and within close proximity to UCT. What really made the experience special, however, was the staff. They were consistently friendly, welcoming, and made the effort to know guests by name. Their willingness to help always stood out. I would especially like to mention staff members who regularly went above and beyond to assist and made my stay even more memorable.

I had a lovely experience at this coliving space. The community was friendly, and I felt right at home. The facilities were well-maintained, and there were plenty of opportunities to socialize and connect with others. I really appreciated the vibe and the support from the staff. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Absolutely amazing coliving to stay at. Everyone from the front of house to the restaurant is wonderful and friendly. The food is great, and it’s also amazing having a service kitchen to be able to make your own food. This is our home away from home on business travel—clean, neat, and highly recommended.

I had an amazing stay! The environment was welcoming and the facilities were top-notch. I loved the community vibe and met some incredible people during my time here. The common areas were perfect for relaxing or getting work done. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this coliving space to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live and connect with others.

the apartment was brilliant. I felt very safe and secure during my stay. It was spacious and had outside seating, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working, so I had to keep the windows open at night, which was a bit disappointing. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals.

Unfortunately, we had to update our room card at the reception every evening; the staff could not explain why this was necessary. It was a bit annoying, third floor, up and down.
But everything else was okay.
