A wonderful coliving with cute details but not too much.The staff was very nice and fulfilled every wish. The bathroom area was very nice and the kitchen was spacious and equipped with everything.I really appreciated my stay and will definitely come back one day.

Good value for money.Although a bit old, the facilities are clean and stylish.Also, it's quiet and relaxing.

A coliving that is true to the basics, clean, and convenient.

1. You must take off your shoes at the 2nd-floor entrance and change into indoor slippers. I liked that I didn't have to suffer from foot odor in the sleeping area.

2. There aren't many beds relative to the building size. Thanks to that, you can use the toilets and showers comfortably.

3. The sinks, showers, and toilets on the 2nd floor and the shared kitchen on the 3rd floor are kept clean. Also, because the sinks, showers, and toilets are in spaces separated from the 2nd-floor rooms, you can hardly hear noise in the sleeping area.

4. Basic shampoo and body wash are provided in the shower, and there is a shelf where you can place personal items.

5. The washing machine can be used free of charge.

6. The bed frames are wooden, but they are firmly fixed to the walls and ceiling, so there is little to no shaking or noise when climbing up to the upper bunk.

7. There is a separate space to store large bags located outside the sleeping area, so you are protected from noise made by people repacking items they bought while shopping.

8. There are lockers in the sleeping room large enough for backpacks, and a small storage box next to the bed for valuables.

If the bedroom door didn't creak and make noise every time it's opened and closed, it would be a perfect coliving.
I would use it again when I visit the city.

It was a spontaneous trip where I booked the coliving and the bullet train on the same day.
I learned about this coliving from an acquaintance. The private room felt a bit expensive, but it had plenty of space. In particular, the bed was large and comfortable; I was very satisfied.
I was a bit confused by using a tablet for check-in and check-out and by having to press numbers on the door lock, but I got used to it by the second day.
In the first-floor coworking space, I talked with the staff and other guests, which made the trip enjoyable. I want to go again.

Checked in as two people in a room with two large beds. The location is good — lively yet peaceful, but when it's windy the windows shake, which is quite troublesome; there is a draft issue. The bathroom facilities and kitchen supplies are very clean and complete. Map information and charging are plentiful.

Great coliving to stay when in or around Takamatsu.

They were very friendly and helped me even out to organize a taxi and camping ground, which you could only book in Japanese. The atmosphere was tranquil, and I could wind down nicely after a three-day trip to Iya Valley.

The coliving room is great.

I booked this coliving as a place to stay during my trip to Takamatsu. It is about 500 meters from the city center, which is a bit of a walk, but it's relatively close to the public bus stop. There is also a big supermarket nearby, making it convenient for shopping. I reserved a double room, and the bedding was one of the best I've had in Japan, making it quite comfortable. Although this is a coliving, so the bathrooms and toilets are shared, they are kept clean. The kitchen has a refrigerator, and the lounge on the first floor is tidy. However, the stairs between the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors are too narrow and steep, which can be a bit dangerous.

It was a great stay in general. What I liked the most - very close to nature, small and calm town, but still amazing restaurants around. They also organized a very good workplace.
The only downside I found - the rooms were not very well isolated from noise and light.
