Alle gasten krijgen kleine klusjes, zoals de trap vegen. Het delen van de last helpt ons om een huiselijke gemeenschapservaring te behouden voor onze multiculturele, multigenerationele gasten, inclusief het netjes en schoon houden van de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. In echte familiestijl kun je andere Coliving gasten vergezellen op onze Mimos Coliving gemeenschapsevenementen of andere gasten uitnodigen voor een kopje koffie of thee.
We geven onze geregistreerde Mimos Coliving huisleden ook de kans om hun interpersoonlijke communicatie en leiderschapsvaardigheden te oefenen door het organiseren en voorzitten van evenementen.
