Alle Gäste werden mit kleinen Aufgaben betraut, wie zum Beispiel dem Fegen der Treppe. Die Aufgabenteilung hilft uns dabei, unseren multikulturellen, generationsübergreifenden Gästen ein familiäres Gemeinschaftserlebnis zu bieten und die Gemeinschaftsräume ordentlich und sauber zu halten. Wie es sich für eine Familie gehört, können Sie sich anderen Coliving-Gästen bei unseren Mimos Coliving-Gemeinschaftsveranstaltungen anschließen oder andere Gäste auf einen Kaffee oder Tee einladen.
Wir geben unseren registrierten Mimos Coliving Hausmitgliedern auch die Möglichkeit, ihre zwischenmenschlichen Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten durch die Organisation und den Vorsitz bei Veranstaltungen zu trainieren.

It was a pleasure for us two to stay at a coliving for a bit more than a month.
We spent a really nice stay over there.
The staff was always there to be sure that everything was nice for us. They were always available if there was a problem and they answered very quickly to any of our requests.
I highly recommend this coliving for people who like meeting new people and sharing life experiences. It was one of our best coliving experiences!

Super fun and memorable time here! Alisa makes sure everyone's needs are met and has a very quick response time! Very affordable and the location is convenient for traveling around the city, as it's right next to a train station. Definitely recommend!

I stayed here for a month and it was an amazing experience. Alisa and the entire team made me feel like part of the family. This coliving space is perfect for newcomers to Toronto or those visiting for a while. The rooms are clean and safe, plus I loved staying in a Victorian house with so much history.
I had the privilege of staying at both Huron House and Dupont House for periods of 2-3 weeks each time. The location is super convenient; it’s a 2-minute walking distance to Dupont station, and a very nice 10-minute walk down to all the restaurants and shops of the annex, but with all the necessities right around the house as well. It’s busy but also quiet at night, and it always feels safe because there is enough mixed-level traffic at all times of night.
The room I stayed in at Dupont House was cozy and spacious; all the amenities were there and brand new since it just opened. The kitchen and common areas are well-equipped and lively places to mingle with other guests. What really distinguishes this coliving from other places is the strong sense of belonging; people are always willing to help each other out, whether to borrow ingredients for cooking or to help assemble furniture and everything in between. The team organizes many events that build community and allow everyone to get to know each other on a personal level. I’ve stayed at many colivings around the world, and very rarely do I come across a place with vibes this magical. Highly recommended for stays longer than a week - there’s nowhere better in Toronto!
