Overall, the cons outweighed the pros for us. Not communicating with a valid booking platform (coliving) changed our trip completely. Not honoring prices that are currently listed online is bad business practice. Refusing to even look for an item we left behind is inconsiderate.
I wouldn’t stay in this neighborhood again, but if this building (the layout, gym, weekly cleaning, Thursday meals, etc) was in a different neighborhood I would consider it. Since I don’t think reviews are dated on this platform, this is from our 1-month stay in June 2026.

As a digital nomad, finding the right place to live and work is essential—especially when booking online for several months in advance. Once the commitment is made, changing accommodation can cost both time and money.

While searching for a six-month stay in the city, I considered several options, but none fully matched my needs until I found the host. Affordability, reliable high-speed internet, access to a gym, and security were my main priorities, and the experience has delivered exactly what I needed.

The property is gated, well protected, and monitored by 24-hour security, which adds an important sense of comfort and peace of mind. It is also a friendly, multicultural community with excellent staff who are always available to help. I especially look forward to the complimentary home-cooked Thursday lunch on the rooftop and the opportunity to connect with other residents and coworkers.

I am now approaching the end of my stay, and the experience has been so positive that I am already considering returning in a few months. I highly recommend the host to anyone looking for a comfortable, practical, secure, and welcoming place to stay and work in the city.

Location & Convenience: Just

Nice place to stay for long term.
Very clean, in front of there is a good restaurant for sushi or other Asian food.
I recommend choosing a unit with a balcony.

I stayed as a guest a month ago; honestly, a very nice, comfortable place with very good transport links. The sushi that is downstairs is amazing 👌🏻💯

The place is very cozy and completely furnished with everything necessary. Additionally, the restaurant is also very good, and the location is great with many important roads nearby.

An excellent place to live, with security 24 hours a day. The staff is always very friendly, with a co-working area perfect for what one needs, a gym, and a Japanese restaurant that, in my opinion, has delicious food.
Without a doubt, I recommend staying here.

Very nice service. Love the balconies in the rooms and the included breakfast and Thursday meals, and that it’s dog friendly.
Didn’t love the location as much — not as close to La Condesa/La Roma as previously indicated and doesn’t feel 100% safe. People don’t seem to like foreigners, even if you speak Spanish.
