Smart Coliving

I found the place very pleasant and all the staff were really attentive. It's well located and has everything you need close by, including a workspace and a gym ✨

I switched from another Airbnb to this coliving space pretty last minute and have been very content with my time here. Francisco has been very responsive and helpful. Erika is super warm and friendly; she showed me around and made me feel quite welcomed upon arrival and throughout my stay. Vanessa kindly walked me to the metro and helped me with the metro system; her assistance was invaluable. This coliving has an easily accessible gym. My room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. All in all, it's been a worry-free and seamless experience. I don't know much Spanish and had no trouble at all. I do wish I knew more, though, so I could chat with more people here.

I stayed at this spectacular coliving space, which offered a gym and coworking area. The lofts were essential for a comfortable living experience. Not to mention, the service was top-notch.

During my stay, I observed that the coworking area was still under development. The rooms felt somewhat compact and didn't come equipped with air conditioning, which sometimes made it a bit uncomfortable.

Handling room access without a key turned out to be a bit inconvenient for me, particularly when my phone battery died, and I had to depend on security to get into my room. Additionally, I felt that the amount of marketing messages received while here was somewhat excessive.

The neighborhood left a bit to be desired, but the facilities here were top-notch. Everyone on the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I found the apartment to be lightly equipped with essentials, which posed a bit of a challenge when preparing meals, given there was only one burner on the cooktop to use.

Something I found particularly bothersome was the bathroom lighting, which cycled through multiple colors and, from what I gathered, couldn't be fixed – it was far from ideal when trying to get ready. Moreover, these colorful lights weren't just in the bathroom; they flashed all night long on patios and in the hallways too, which was quite disruptive.

I spent my vacation here and felt very comfortable and safe. The rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The location is perfect, and it's easy to get to tourist centers using public transport or a taxi. I would live here again in a heartbeat.
