Smart Coliving

Everyone is super nice, and I love the facilities. Honestly, it's the best place I've stayed at UwU.

I stayed as a guest a month ago; honestly, a very nice, comfortable place with very good transport links. The sushi that is downstairs is amazing 👌🏻💯

The place is very cozy and completely furnished with everything necessary. Additionally, the restaurant is also very good, and the location is great with many important roads nearby.

An excellent place to live, with security 24 hours a day. The staff is always very friendly, with a co-working area perfect for what one needs, a gym, and a Japanese restaurant that, in my opinion, has delicious food.
Without a doubt, I recommend staying here.

Very nice service. Love the balconies in the rooms and the included breakfast and Thursday meals, and that it’s dog friendly.
Didn’t love the location as much — not as close to La Condesa/La Roma as previously indicated and doesn’t feel 100% safe. People don’t seem to like foreigners, even if you speak Spanish.

The coliving was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. The communication was outstanding: very responsive, proactive, and caring. They were always helpful and made the whole stay smooth and easy. Highly recommend.

It is an incredible place; the view is incomparable. You can see the entire city from here, and everyone is very friendly. Without a doubt, a highly recommendable coliving!!!!

This place is great for comfort for short stays or long stays. 24-hour security with locked and gated entrance.
The loft is equipped with anything that you'll need.
Nice hot water. The place is very clean and includes weekly cleaning service. Gym on the top floor.
Light breakfast included. There is an Asian restaurant just outside that offers pho and sushi and delivers to your door. Each loft has a private balcony. All of the staff were friendly and helpful with anything that I needed. I stayed 2 months and I will stay here again. Although the area is not as touristy as other areas, it is a pretty safe working-class neighborhood. The only real issue is that in certain parts of the building, and specifically this loft, the WiFi was spotty.

There is not a single comfortable surface to sit on, either in unit 106 or in the co-working space. Hard chairs rule. I now know that memory foam is a very poor surface to sleep on. Beds hurt. The kitchen made no sense. Huge table but only one burner. No space for a coffeemaker, and no extension if you put it on the dining table. Bright colour-changing lights outside the windows to prevent sleep.

Untrustworthy management "Erika" cannot be trusted. I put the provided teakettle on the burner, and it quickly began to leak, which corrupted and shattered the burner. By law, they are liable as they provided the leaky teapot, but "Erika" wants to steal money from me for the cost.

You can read the bad reviews on google. Stay away.

I had some trouble sending emails and downloading apps that didn't work as expected. The facilities here meet my needs, and the cleanliness is good. However, there aren't enough parking spaces, though the street seems safe.
