Smart Coliving

It is an incredible place; the view is incomparable. You can see the entire city from here, and everyone is very friendly. Without a doubt, a highly recommendable coliving!!!!

This place is great for comfort for short stays or long stays. 24-hour security with locked and gated entrance.
The loft is equipped with anything that you'll need.
Nice hot water. The place is very clean and includes weekly cleaning service. Gym on the top floor.
Light breakfast included. There is an Asian restaurant just outside that offers pho and sushi and delivers to your door. Each loft has a private balcony. All of the staff were friendly and helpful with anything that I needed. I stayed 2 months and I will stay here again. Although the area is not as touristy as other areas, it is a pretty safe working-class neighborhood. The only real issue is that in certain parts of the building, and specifically this loft, the WiFi was spotty.

There is not a single comfortable surface to sit on, either in unit 106 or in the co-working space. Hard chairs rule. I now know that memory foam is a very poor surface to sleep on. Beds hurt. The kitchen made no sense. Huge table but only one burner. No space for a coffeemaker, and no extension if you put it on the dining table. Bright colour-changing lights outside the windows to prevent sleep.

Untrustworthy management "Erika" cannot be trusted. I put the provided teakettle on the burner, and it quickly began to leak, which corrupted and shattered the burner. By law, they are liable as they provided the leaky teapot, but "Erika" wants to steal money from me for the cost.

I had some trouble sending emails and downloading apps that didn't work as expected. The facilities here meet my needs, and the cleanliness is good. However, there aren't enough parking spaces, though the street seems safe.

Wonderful building and the staff is really kind and helpful. I loved the neighborhood; it was really quiet compared to staying in the city, having come from the historical area. There is a market that happens every Friday that is fun to go to, and the metro wasn't a far walk. The building has weekly lunches, which is a great way to meet other tenants and the staff. I really enjoyed my balcony; it had such a beautiful view of the city. Couldn't recommend this place more.

10/10 would recommend! Staff is super friendly & helpful, they treat you like family. The room and building are exceptionally clean and well maintained. The rooftop view is amazing. Many local markets close by. The coliving team is wonderful, they go out of their way to ensure your stay and experience are nothing short of great.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of amazing. The location is unbeatable—just 15-20 minutes from the vibrant city center via metro or bus, making it incredibly convenient. And with a grocery store within a short 15-minute walk, plus plenty of delightful local restaurants, farmers' markets, and grocery stores right around the corner, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips.

The facility itself is a gem, boasting a fantastic sushi restaurant, round-the-clock security for your peace of mind, and a state-of-the-art gym with breathtaking views of the city. You'll appreciate the filtered water and smart access, which allow you to control your unit's features with ease.

But the most remarkable aspect is the sense of community they create. The gathering events are a fantastic way to connect with fellow travelers from around the globe. I forged lasting friendships with incredible people, and we shared experiences and referrals that will undoubtedly enrich our lives. As a solo traveler, this vibrant community helped me feel connected and supported.

To top it all off, I received thoughtful weekly check-ins to ensure my experience was perfect and that all my needs were met. If you're looking for a memorable and fulfilling stay in the city, this is the place to be!

is an outstanding place to stay. The hospitality is wonderful—the staff are all very kind, friendly, helpful, and always available if you need anything. The on-site facilities are great—the showers are excellent (always plenty of hot water), the beds are comfortable, the WiFi is stable and fast, the rooftop gym facilities are very useful for keeping up with your exercise regimen, and the side tap of potable drinking water is a fantastic feature you won't find in many Mexico City stays. And for all they offer, the prices are still very reasonable. The neighborhood is an authentically Mexican working-class type of area; it might not be as fancy as Polanco or Condesa, but I've always found it quite safe, and I like that I'm not paying three to five times more just to be surrounded by hordes of other gringos. The features and quality offered by are unbeatable at their price point, and I recommend them highly.
