We ontwerpen onze ruimtes vanuit het niets en besteden extra aandacht aan de manier waarop de lakens aanvoelen en de koffie smaakt. Aandacht voor detail en creativiteit worden gecombineerd met oprechte zorg, samengesteld voor spontane interacties en zielsvolle ruimtes.
We luisteren en beantwoorden je behoeften, zodat je de stad als een plaatselijke bewoner kunt verkennen.
De bewoners van elke flat worden zorgvuldig geselecteerd en bij elkaar gebracht, de gemeenschap wordt versterkt door middel van een aantal evenementen, maar ook meestal op een organische manier. We dwingen geen connecties af, we houden er ruimte voor. Veilig en inclusief, het belangrijkste doel is dat je je thuis voelt.
Het proces: Een enkel contract, geen verborgen kosten.
Conciërge, huishouding en onderhoud zijn inbegrepen. En als je een noodgeval hebt, zijn we er voor je. Alles is afgesproken en wettelijk vastgelegd voor je aankomst.

I've been staying with the host beside Sagrada Familia for four months and it's been an amazing experience. Finding an apartment in Barcelona can be one of the most stressful parts of relocating, so having somewhere this comfortable to stay during that transition made all the difference.The location is ideal — you have a full view of the Sagrada right on your doorstep! The rooms are quiet and well air-conditioned, and sitting out on the terrace with friends or housemates in the evening with the Sagrada lit up is a special experience. You'll occasionally hear live music nearby, but only when out on the balcony, which adds to the atmosphere.The staff are fantastic — genuinely welcoming and always willing to go out of their way to help with whatever you need. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort while transitioning to life in Barcelona, or simply a great base to stay while travelling and exploring the city.
The host gave me a 300€ discount on my room, was super responsive and reactive, provided a free replacement key, processed my deposit rapidly, answered on weekends and during late hours, and was flexible.
Lovely location and a beautiful space! The host was incredibly attentive, and I had a fantastic stay. I also made some great friends while I was here. Highly recommend!

The apartment is well-maintained and well-equipped, and the location is excellent, right in the middle of everything. Despite being so central, it is quiet. The air conditioning in every bedroom was a real benefit during the hot summer. Overall, I would recommend staying there.

When you arrive in Barcelona, one of the toughest things is to find a coliving to stay, more importantly someone that you can trust. That’s exactly what I found at a certain coliving, I remember reaching out directly through their website and the representative contacted me a couple of hours later. They took us to the coliving and explained everything, and we got the beautiful apartment in Ciutat Vella. The events they hosted near Sagrada were also great for someone who had zero connections yet. Super transparent and honest people. Highly recommend.

This was my first experience doing coliving and I couldn’t be happier that I made the decision to stay here with the host.I had the pleasure of living in this beautiful flat for 4 months… Spending mornings sipping my coffee looking at a nearby landmark, being able to hear the church bells and soaking up the energy in the heart of the city was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.Beyond how amazing the flat is, the staff were incredible and truly cared about my experience. Relocating to the city comes with a lot of uncertainties, and the team contributed to making my transition so much smoother.I couldn’t recommend this flat enough. Spend the extra money; you won’t regret it!
