We ontwerpen onze ruimtes vanuit het niets en besteden extra aandacht aan de manier waarop de lakens aanvoelen en de koffie smaakt. Aandacht voor detail en creativiteit worden gecombineerd met oprechte zorg, samengesteld voor spontane interacties en zielsvolle ruimtes.
We luisteren en beantwoorden je behoeften, zodat je de stad als een plaatselijke bewoner kunt verkennen.
De bewoners van elke flat worden zorgvuldig geselecteerd en bij elkaar gebracht, de gemeenschap wordt versterkt door middel van een aantal evenementen, maar ook meestal op een organische manier. We dwingen geen connecties af, we houden er ruimte voor. Veilig en inclusief, het belangrijkste doel is dat je je thuis voelt.
Het proces: Een enkel contract, geen verborgen kosten.
Conciërge, huishouding en onderhoud zijn inbegrepen. En als je een noodgeval hebt, zijn we er voor je. Alles is afgesproken en wettelijk vastgelegd voor je aankomst.

I stayed in the Vermouth apartment. Very positive experience, and great service from the team. I can definitely recommend.
We had a very pleasant experience at the coliving. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, from our arrival until the day we left. Roommates were super nice, the apartment had weekly cleaners, the coliving provides towels and bed clothing, the kitchen is full of utensils for you to cook freely :)

The view is insane, the flat is gorgeously decorated and the bed is comfier than the fanciest five-star coliving (and I’m fussy), but the best thing about this coliving is the lovely team that runs it. Thanks for giving me such a lovely home for six months!
This was my first time ever staying at a coliving and it turned out to be an incredible experience! Checking in was super easy; someone met me right when I arrived in Barcelona to show me the flat and my room. The room had everything I needed to feel right at home -- a closet with a dresser, hangers, a desk for work, and a beautiful private terrace.
The flat itself is absolutely stunning. It feels both elevated and homey/cozy at the same time. I was also a little nervous about sharing the space with four other people, but everyone was very respectful and considerate. Some of my flatmates have even become close friends!
The staff are such kind and attentive individuals. Anytime we needed something, they were there within moments. This place is truly special, and I'm so glad I gave it a chance. If you get the chance to stay here, DO IT. Spend a little extra because it is absolutely worth it.
I stayed here for 3 months! Support was great and the location was epic. They helped me a lot when I arrived to get settled after moving to Barcelona to do an MBA. I also was able to do some great networking!
Muchisimas gracias a mis amigues! I had the pleasure of staying here for a month in a room in a 3-bedroom apartment. The team was very friendly and responsive to my and my roommate's requests to make the space more homey; they had excellent recommendations for spaces to visit, recommendations for local restaurants (at some you can mention them and they'll give you a discount!), and a gorgeous rooftop with a view of Sagrada Familia that I will never forget.
They are a newer business, so they're still working on setting up more regular parties, mixers, and events for their coliving community members. But I have no doubt that they'll organize some very unique and special opportunities the more they grow as a business.
Would definitely recommend staying here if it's your first time in Barcelona and you want to stay in a central place with easy access to just about everywhere you could want to go and any neighborhoods you'd like to explore.
I had an incredible experience with the coliving! The team was very accommodating from the beginning, and I had a wonderful group of flatmates that made my stay truly enjoyable. The staff was especially helpful and served as a great resource. The apartment itself is beautiful, and the location, along with the rooftop views of the Sagrada Familia, are absolutely magical. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a short or long-term stay in Barcelona - I hope to return! Gracias team! xx

The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport and local attractions. The space was modern and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

When you arrive in Barcelona, one of the toughest things is to find a coliving to stay, more importantly someone that you can trust. That’s exactly what I found at a certain coliving, I remember reaching out directly through their website and the representative contacted me a couple of hours later. They took us to the coliving and explained everything, and we got the beautiful apartment in Ciutat Vella. The events they hosted near Sagrada were also great for someone who had zero connections yet. Super transparent and honest people. Highly recommend.
