Wir hören Ihnen zu, gehen auf Ihre Bedürfnisse ein und helfen Ihnen, sich in der Stadt wie ein Einheimischer zurechtzufinden.
Die Bewohner jeder Wohnung werden mit Bedacht ausgewählt und zusammengebracht, die Gemeinschaft wird durch einige Veranstaltungen, aber vor allem auch auf organische Weise gefördert. Wir erzwingen keine Verbindungen, wir schaffen Raum für sie. Das Hauptziel ist es, dass Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen - sicher und integrativ.

Concierge, Housekeeping und Wartung sind inbegriffen. Und wenn Sie einen Notfall haben, sind wir für Sie da. Alles wird vor Ihrer Ankunft vereinbart und rechtlich bindend festgelegt.
