Our current members consist of young professionals and interns aged between 22 and 40, creating an exciting and engaging atmosphere that makes it easy to feel at home.
This house has a ton of character, with plenty of communal areas available to facilitate socialization and connection. The building is 459 m2 and contains 16 private bedrooms as well as 16 bathrooms, ensuring that there is more than enough space for everyone. The residence also comes with two outdoor spaces: one on the ground floor with a charming garden close to the kitchen and common areas, and a sprawling rooftop with panoramic views of Madrid, perfect for relaxation and unwinding.
To make your stay as comfortable and seamless as possible, our property offers a range of amenities. You can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house and complimentary access to Netflix. Additionally, once a week, our team cleans the shared spaces, so you can always welcome visitors or hold events in a pristine home.
As part of our commitment to providing premium services, we offer monthly deliveries of basic supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials. We also provide a world-class breakfast once a month to elevate your experience even further.
