The building is 459 m2 and contains 16 private bedrooms as well as 16 bathrooms, ensuring that there is more than enough space for everyone. The residence also comes with two outdoor spaces: one on the ground floor with a charming garden close to the kitchen and common areas, and a sprawling rooftop with panoramic views of Madrid, perfect for relaxation and unwinding.
To make your stay as comfortable and seamless as possible, our property offers a range of amenities. You can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house and complimentary access to Netflix. Additionally, once a week, our team cleans the shared spaces, so you can always welcome visitors or hold events in a pristine home.
As part of our commitment to providing premium services, we offer monthly deliveries of basic supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials. We also provide a world-class breakfast once a month to elevate your experience even further.

Located in the charming, lovely neighborhood of Tetuán, this property is sure to be your next home away from home. Tetuán is an area rich in history and culture, situated in the northern part of Madrid. Defined by its beautiful architecture and bustling streets, Tetuán is a neighborhood of contrasts that has something to offer everyone. The district is split between AZCA, the modern financial district, and traditional Spanish restaurants and food markets.
On one side of Tetuán, you can witness the contrast between modernity and tradition by visiting AZCA, which is home to some of the city's most significant skyscrapers, financial institutions, and corporate headquarters. The area's contemporary architecture is visually stunning, and it is hard not to feel inspired by the energy of the business district.
On the other side of Tetuán, you can enjoy more traditional Spanish culture by taking a stroll through the streets and exploring the local markets. The area's beautiful, historic buildings and charming squares give it a unique atmosphere that's hard to resist.

Will I have privacy?Of course, your bedroom is private, and in all our houses, we created shared spaces in order to allow you to create memorable moments with your roommates, but also just by yourself if you want to chill on the terrace or work in the co-working space.

What information do I need to supply for the application?During the application process, we will ask you to upload the required documents to conduct the background check.

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?We don't evaluate you; we just make sure we are the right choice for you. And for us, the community aspect and values are the most important things. We care about our members, and that’s what drives us to do better every day.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?Yes, for a period of about 7 days per month and as long as your housemates agree with it. Use your discretion; we like to be flexible, but guests cannot pose a disturbance to your other housemates. If they are cool with it, we are.

Are kids allowed?Unfortunately, not anymore. We tried to create a product and service adapted for single parents with kids, but the experience was not as expected.

Are service and emotional support animals allowed?We do not accept pets.
By law, we allow service dogs. Our staff is allowed to ask two questions to determine what service the animal provides if it's not obvious:
1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and
2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
We define service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs and pets whose sole function is only to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA, and will not be allowed.

What is the policy on alcohol?Moderate and lawful consumption of alcohol is tolerated in our houses. However, it cannot be said enough that alcohol abuse is hazardous for your health. The effects of alcohol on the body and mind can lead to dangerous situations.

What potential costs are there besides the rent?We ask for a security fee equivalent to one month's rent before moving in.
We will charge you a one-time fee of around 100 €/$ taken from your deposit when you move out of your room for cleaning and the inventory of fixtures. -
