We're creating more than a place to stay; we're building a community of people who enjoy living with intention, respect, and genuine connection.

Our residents come from different countries and backgrounds, but they share similar values: kindness, curiosity, responsibility, and an open mindset. Many work remotely or are starting a new chapter in Mallorca, and they're searching for a home where they can feel welcome from day one.

This is a place where people naturally share a coffee in the morning, cook dinner together from time to time, exchange ideas, discover the island, or simply enjoy each other's company while respecting everyone's personal space and privacy.

We believe the best communities are built organically. There are no obligations or forced activities, just a comfortable environment where meaningful connections happen naturally.

If you're looking for more than just a room, and you'd like to live with thoughtful, friendly people who value both independence and community, you'll feel at home.
