Spacious room and great host! It takes about 35-40 minutes to the old town square by tram. There’s a tram and bus stop within walking distance (about a 2-3 minute walk). There’s also a grocery store about 10 minutes away…

Amazing coliving experience. Lucie has to be the best host I ever had. She is very responsive and communicative. The best part of the house is the garden. ;)

Our co-living community is located in a prime location in Prague, providing easy access to the city's cultural hotspots and amenities.
The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and full of nature. The house is located about 20 minutes away from the center in the Zahradní město district. The name means Garden City and captures the vibe perfectly. There are small houses with gardens, parks, and it's a favorite place to live for families and pensioners. So if you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city center yet want to stay just a short tram ride away, you'll love living at this Coliving.
Just a few minutes from the house, you can find smaller shops, more restaurants, and hairdressers.
There are also several parks and a city dam, which are perfect for swimming, walking, jogging, and yoga.
