We have a clear vision: to create a safe and welcoming environment in which individuals can flourish while making unforgettable memories. The founder, Lucie, draws inspiration from her extensive travels and experiences living abroad, which have taught her the importance of establishing connections with people of diverse cultures.
We believe that a sense of community and belonging is necessary for both personal and professional development. Because of this, our minimal stay is three months, allowing our residents to develop long-lasting relationships with like-minded people from all over the world.

We offer fully furnished rooms and shared spaces that are thoughtfully designed to foster creativity, productivity, and relaxation.
Our attic and garden are our relaxation and work areas, respectively. If you wish, you can bring your laptop and work there until the morning.
Each room has its own work workstation and chair if you do not wish to be disturbed by others. You may select the accommodation that best fits your requirements. We can provide you with comfortable, minimalist accommodations with street or sky views.It depends on you!

The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and full of nature. The house is located about 20 minutes away from the center in the Zahradní město district. The name means Garden City and captures the vibe perfectly. There are small houses with gardens, parks, and it's a favorite place to live for families and pensioners. So if you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city center yet want to stay just a short tram ride away, you'll love living at this Coliving.
Just a few minutes from the house, you can find smaller shops, more restaurants, and hairdressers.
There are also several parks and a city dam, which are perfect for swimming, walking, jogging, and yoga.
