We prioritize comfort, privacy, and community-minded living by offering fully-furnished rooms, curated amenities, and shared spaces that promote balance between work and wellness. Whether you're here for a short-term contract or an extended stay, we’re committed to helping you feel right at home. To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents:
🚫 No parties or large gatherings permitted
🤫 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM – no loud noise, music, or disruptions
👥 Guests are allowed between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM (Maximum of 2 visitors at a time)
🛑 Overnight guests are not permitted without prior written approval and no more than 2 nights per month.
These rules help us maintain a clean, quiet, and professional living space for all residents. Violations may result in additional fees or termination of stay.

Om een veilige, respectvolle en vlotte woonervaring voor iedereen te behouden, verzoeken we je om de volgende regels door te nemen voordat je boekt:

Eerste en laatste maand huur + borg bij boeking
Waarborgsom: $1,000 (terugbetaald indien geen schade, overtredingen of late betalingen)
Maandelijkse schoonmaakkosten: $75
Eenmalige achtergrondcontrole en administratiekosten: $375 (wordt niet gerestitueerd)
Late Betaling Fee: $ 200 (toegepast als de huur niet is betaald door de 3e van de maand)
Kosten voor uitzetting: Van toepassing indien nodig als gevolg van wanbetaling of ernstige schendingen
Annulering
Boekingen geannuleerd 14 + dagen voor verhuizing: De huur van de eerste en laatste maand wordt terugbetaald, maar de achtergrondcontrole, administratiekosten en borg worden niet gerestitueerd.
