👥 Guests are allowed between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM (Maximum of 2 visitors at a time)
🛑 Overnight guests are not permitted without prior written approval and no more than 2 nights per month.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Once that’s done, your security deposit will be returned within 7 business days. We’ll send the refund via the same payment method you used or by check—whichever you prefer.
